By booking this appointment you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions below:
Late policy
Arriving on time is critical so please be punctual. If you are going to be late, please inform me as this may affect other appointments. If you arrive up to 30 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of £15. If you arrive any later than 30 minutes, your appointment could be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned.
Deposits and Last minute appointments
All appointment require a £20 deposit to secure.
The final amount must be paid on the day of your appointment through bank transfer / Paypal or cash.
I work 9-5 therefore only limited weekday appointments are available. Availabilities will be updated every month.
Weekday appointments/ Emergency appointments (booking in less than 48hrs) can be booked at an extra fee of £15 (subject to availability). Please send a private message before doing so and select the ‘Express Appointment’ option under ‘Extras’.
Natural hair styles & Braiding
Please make sure to select the Size & Length when booking a braiding service.
Please come with clean, detangled, stretched hair. Failure to do so will result in a £10 charge added to your appointment and the use of heat to stretch and detangle your hair. This can be found under ‘Extras’ if this is something you would like with your booking.
Braiding hair can be supplied from our shop. If you prefer to provide your own, please supply at-least 3 days before, if not stretched. Please bring stretched hair on the day of your appointment or you will be charged extra for time taken to stretch hair.
Wig Services
For drop offs/deliveries, the address will be provided when booking has been accepted. Please include your name & appointment date, if a wig install is included in your booking. If not, please provide a return address when you book or let me know if you are happy to pick up the wig.
For wig making services, please also include your head measurements in inches. Please go to FAQ’s for more information.
Please ensure your wig is fully clean for install services, failure to do so can result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Please drop off or deliver you hair for installs at-least 3 days prior to your appointment. If it is delivered any later than this, you will be charged an extra £15 fee. If extra services are required for example; wig colouring, customisations or revamp, please deliver at least 5 days before.
